Born in Barangay Asuncion, Viga, Catanduanes, Architect Henry Olonan is the eldest of ten children by Simeon Olfindo Olonan and Maria Fernandez Olanka, both true blooded Viganons.

And Guided by the values and principles instilled in him by his parents, Arch’t Olonan graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture in FEATI University in Manila, passed the Architectural Licensure in 1974. At this time, He was able to build and manage a group of stable and trusted corporations and became famous and well respected in the property development business in the Philippines. Among the highlights of Architect Olonan’s professional and social achievements are best describe by the following:

• United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) - National President 2004-2005
• Chamber of Real Estate Builders Association (CREBA) - Director 2007-2009
• Most Outstanding Catandunganon - In the field of Business and Entrepreneurship
• Most Outstanding Alumni in the field of Architecture - FEATI University in Manila
• 2009 Ulirang Ama Awardee by the National Father’s & Mother’s Day Foundation
